Thermocouple cable

Mineral Insulated cables have a long product life because of their core wire which is completely insulated with a highly pure inorganic insulator like magnesium oxide and others materials. This makes the thermocouple wire completely isolated from air and gas. This results in less oxidizing and corrosion problems, which makes Mineral Insulated cable stable to measure high temperatures (up to 1250°C and even higher) in even the most hazardous environments. Our AerOpak® MI Cable is available in a large variety of sheath materials like stainless steel, Pyrosil®, platinum or inconel.
