Embedded in ceramic
Ceramic-housed sensor elements are designed with the sensor completely enclosed in a protective ceramic. This design offers excellent high temperature stability where shock resistance is crucial. It is often used in chemical plants or in (mechanical) equipment for laboratories and medical applications. They have an operating range of: -70°C to + 500°C.
Our ceramic-housed sensor elements are supplied by our manufacturing partner Heraeus Nexensos. The products of Heraeus Nexensos are of exceptional quality, you can read more about our partner here.
